    FAQ's

    You’ve got 2 options:
    – Already have a print-ready gangsheet?
Upload it directly — fast processing, pay online, goes straight to print.
    – Need help building a gangsheet?
Send us your artwork + quantity instructions+sizes of your designs. We’ll build it for you and invoice you manually

You can print anything — photos, full colour art, etc.
No metallics or neon — DTF ink can’t print those.
If you’re unsure about how your artwork will print, we recommend ordering an A4 or A3 sample of your design before placing a full gang sheet order

    Use 300dpi – resizing low-res les won’t help
Avoid semi-transparent pixels – they won’t print right
No super-thin lines or text — keep them at least 0.5mm thick
Bad files = bad prints. We don’t check every file, so make sure yours is ready!

    These are NOT iron-on transfers.
Always test first — settings may vary by heat press.
    You’ll Need:

    • DTF Transfer
    • Cover Sheet (Teon, parchment, or baking paper)
    • Heat Press
    • Garment (T-shirt, hat, etc.)
    • Heatproof Tape (for hats)
    • Lint Roller (recommended)

Prep: Use a lint roller to remove lint. Pre-press fabric for 5 seconds to remove moisture and flatten surface.
Set Heat Press: Temp: 135–140°C Pressure: Firm (40–80 psi)
Position Transfer: Place DTF transfer face-down (glue side down). Use heat tape if pressing hats.
Cover: Place a Teon or parchment sheet over the transfer. (Teon recommended—best if permanently attached to upper platen.)
First Press: Press for 6–8 seconds.
Cold Peel: peel the lm with a smooth, at motion.
Second Press: Cover again and press for another 6–8 seconds to seal the design.
Optional: If glue residue appears, press again with grease proof paper to lift it.
Cool Down: Let garment cool completely before folding or packing.

Please ensure to adhere to these aftercare instructions to ensure your garments’ durability and longevity!
    1) Cold / cool wash only
    2) Do NOT bleach or add fabric softeners for washing
    3) Do NOT dry clean
    4) Do NOT tumble dry
    5) Do NOT iron prints
    6) Do NOT wash within 24 hours of pressing

DTF works on cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, spandex, denim, leather, canvas, wood, cardboard, and more.
Avoid water- or wind-resistzant fabrics with coatings — they may reject the ink.

It’s usually a pressure issue, not heat.
Use rm, even pressure (try a press pillow if needed).
Make sure your heat press is calibrated.

Not recommended. These don’t give enough pressure.
Only commercial heat presses ensure proper application and long-lasting results.

We use pro-grade colour calibration for high accuracy.
