A: Yes, you can, but for bulk orders we strongly recommend purchasing our shirts. You might want to check out our wholesale pricing before you buy your own shirts.

A: If you come to our shop, it will normally take half an hour to one hour
A: We will email you a sample for reviewing before we print, and you are welcome to come in and see a printing sample before the run. If there is anything about the sample that you would like to change, please just tell us and we will change it. We can also mail/courier the printed sample to you if you wish (sample,Mail/Courier charges may apply).
A: We can take orders over the email, online or phone.
A: Simply fill in our quote form or drop in to see us. Once the quote is accepted by us, we will email you. Then you can place your deposit and we will get started!
A:You can bring in your printed photo or bring in a storage device (your Phone, USB, disc etc.) or you can email it to us.
A:Ideally we’d like artwork should be supplied in a vector format like AI, EPS or PDF. This is to make sure the detail in the design is not lost and to give you a high-quality finish. If you are unable to do this, then a hi-resolution image file or PSD may work. We will need to see the artwork first before confirming.
A: By internet banking, direct debit, EFTPOS, credit card or cash.
A: We can courier to you anywhere in New Zealand by Fastway Couriers, usually next day delivery. Please ask for a quote first. You can also pick up from our shop in Manukau Auckland.
A:There is a one-off set up fee if you bring your own logo to be converted into an embroidery design.
A: It usually takes one day to set up your logo. Once your logo has been set up, we will keep your design, and it will be available at our branch with no additional set up cost.
A: We require at least 50% deposit.
A: Until we approve your order for printing, you can cancel it at any time. You cannot cancel it after we have approved your order.
A: Our prints are designed to last. For best results, we recommend washing garments inside out and do not dry them in the dryer.
